Formerly working in media and marketing for over 15 years;
I am passionate about health and wellness and was inspired to explore a new direction and complete a Diploma of Remedial Massage.

Our lives seem to be getting busier and I wanted to expand my existing career to add something special that can truly make a real difference to people. Massage by Liz was founded in 2019 with a mission and passion to provide quality yet affordable remedial massage therapy for the management or prevention of disease, injury or conditions.

The business shares a space with Offshore Massage and operates from Brightwater Wellness Centre in Mountain Creek on weekends.
